Saly

The Petite Côte seaside resort: beach sports and Day Pass

Saly, on the Petite Côte about 80 km south of Dakar, hosts a temporary venue: Saly Beach West.

Sports in Saly: beach handball, beach volleyball, beach wrestling, coastal rowing, sailing (8–12 November) and triathlon (5 and 6 November, free access).

Top tip: the Day Pass at 1,500 FCFA gives access to several events in a day, and you can leave and come back to the venue.

Getting there: by road only, 1 h 15 to 2 h from Dakar depending on traffic.
