General terms of sale

1. Purpose

These terms govern the sale of digital content (Supporter Pass, single guides) and showcase spaces for businesses (Vitrine Pro) offered on https://dakar-sans-stress.live. No competition tickets are sold on this site.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in CFA francs (XOF), all taxes included. Payment is one-off, by mobile money or bank card, through our payment provider. No subscription or recurring debit.

3. Access to content

Access is activated as soon as the provider confirms the payment, in the “My account” area of the account used for the purchase. The Supporter Pass gives access to premium content until 20 November 2026.

4. Right of withdrawal

As this is digital content supplied immediately after payment, the buyer agrees that performance begins upon purchase. If a technical problem prevents access, contact us: we will restore access or refund you.

5. Personal use

Content is for the buyer's personal use only. Any resale or public distribution is prohibited.

6. Vitrine Pro

Vitrine Pro lets a business (accommodation, catering, transport, shop, activity) present its offers in the site's directory.

• Review before payment. Each listing is reviewed by our team before going online. Payment is only requested after approval; a rejected listing is never charged.
• Accuracy. The business guarantees the accuracy of its prices, availability and information, and keeps them up to date.
• Photos. The business guarantees that it owns the published photos or is authorised to use them, and that they faithfully represent its establishment and offers.
• Brands. No official logo, ring, mascot or visual of the Games or the International Olympic Committee may be used.
• Moderation. The business accepts moderation. The site may refuse, change the visibility of or suspend without notice any misleading, reported or non-compliant listing.
• Transactions. The site is not a party to transactions between visitors and businesses: it takes no bookings, payments or commission. Bookings and payments are made directly with the business, under its responsibility.
• Duration. The listing is visible until the date stated in the chosen plan (by default 31 December 2026).
